Nostradamus Psy Gangnam Style Doomsday 2012 21st of December 2012. It is said that this will be the last day of our lives and humanity will disappear. But who says it and why should we believe it? In fact, there are a few predictions that we should acknowledge. Besides the over-hyped Mayan calendar that is running out of years, we should remember another famous foreseer. Yes, we are talking about Nostradamus, the astrologer who made some curious and accurate predictions. The first to draw attention was Princess Diana's death. The prophet even makes a specific mention, which is a rarity in his works by clearly mentioning the name Diana. Another dramatic historical event anticipated by the prophet is the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Here we can observe the specific description of the horrid bombing. There were even more stunning predictions made by Nostradamus: The French Revolution, the Katrina hurricane, the Kennedy assassinations, the 9 /11 attack and other political and social changes. Some of the doomsayers said that Nostradamus predicted the end of the world by describing the warning signs but not the exact date and that he never was wrong. So, you may be wondering what's the most actual and specific warning sign Nostradamus predicted. Believe it or not, the text is referring to the mega famous Korean singer Psy with his smashing hit called Gangnam Style. As the French prophet said: "From the calm morning, the end will come, when of the dancing horse, the number of circles will be nine." That was written in 1555 and we have some interesting matches with the current Gangnam style phenomenon. The "calm morning" represents the Eastern ideology, the Korean mindfulness. In addition to this, Nostradamus also predicted that the yellow race will rule world and we can look at Psy 's popularity as a cultural domination over the Western civilization. In addition, the "calm" term is suggesting that this is a non-violent, unharmful emergence and it will be embraced and adored by people. The evil that is enticing and looks cool will bend people's mind with contagious behavior. We're talking about the simple and catchy dance, the one that resembles the riding-a-horse movements, exactly what Nostradamus is foreseeing in his texts. As you can see, the prophecy is strikingly specific! This cool dance went crazy all over the Internet, as Psy's Gangnam style reached almost ONE BILLION views on the video sharing site YouTube. Now, things get even more interesting: 1 billion it's nine zeros, right? And zero is actually a circle. So those nine circles are referring to the number of views the Gangnam style Youtube video will reach when the prophecy will be done. According to the last estimations, the famous video will gather 8 million views per day and following this ascending trend, on the exact date of 21st December 2012, the file will have 1 billion views. Things get weird uh? Now ponder for a while, but not more. Should we stop this hype? Do you think that we should break these circles? Might this be announcing the so dreaded doomsday?

After all that, you mean the world is NOT going to end on December 21, 2012? Listen up, 2012ers, it's not really going to happen, hard as that is to bear. The issue with Dec. 21, 2012 and the predicted disasters that some folks think will come, probably started with the so-called end of the Mayan calendar. Their calendar does not end on Dec. 21, 2012. It's just the end of the cycle and the beginning of a new one. It's just like on Dec. 31st, our calendar comes to an end but a new calendar for the next year begins on Jan. 1st . Niburu is supposed to be a planet that's four times the size of the Earth. It's going to get very close to the Earth and cause all kinds of disasters. So this enormous planet is suppose to be coming toward Earth, but if it were, we would've seen it long ago and if it were invisible somehow, we would've seen the affects of this planet on neighboring planets. Thousands of astronomers who scan the night skies on a daily basis have not seen this. And then there's folks who think that NASA astronomers are actually hiding this information so as to prevent panic from the populous. Can you imagine thousands of astronomers who observe the skies on a nightly basis keeping the same secret from the public for several years? Some folks think there's going to be a solar storm associated with Dec. 21st of 2012. Now, solar storms do exist. The sun's activity goes through a cycle that reaches a maximum every eleven years. The next solar maximum when you might expect enhanced solar activity will take place actually in May of 2013. It's supposed to be fairly mild solar activity maximum and there's no evidence that there's going to be any solar storms. And then we have planetary alignments. There's a planetary alignment. The sun, the Earth and some of the planets are aligned and this is going to cause some tidal effects on the Earth that's going to be catastrophic. Well, first of all, there are no planetary alignments in December of 2012 and even if there were, there are no tidal effects on the Earth as a result. The only two bodies in the solar system that can affect the Earth's tides are the moon, which is very close, and the sun, which is massive and also fairy close. But the other planets have a negligible effect on the Earth. One of the myths for Dec. 21, 2012 is that the Earth's axes are going to somehow shift. The rotation axis can't shift because of the orbit of the moon around the Earth stabilizes it and doesn't allow it to shift. The magnetic field does shift from time to time but the last time it did was 740,000 years ago and it doesn't do that sort of a shift but every half million years or so. But there's no evidence that's going to happen in December and even if it did shift, it's not going to cause a problem on the Earth apart from the fact that we're going to have to recalibrate our compasses. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Since the beginning of recorded time, there have been literally hundreds of thousands of predictions for the end of the world and we're still here.

For the record, Medvedev said he did not believe the world would end on December 21. But it was when Medvedev thought that the cameras were no longer filming that he made the remarks about aliens, as well as less than complimentary comments about his former mentor, President Putin. When one journalist asked whether Putin was given secret files about aliens along with the codes needed to activate Russia's nuclear arsenal, Medvedev replied: "Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special 'top secret' folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet." He added, "Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country ... more detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called Men In Black ... I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic." While it's believed Medvedev was probably joking about aliens, he did go on to make other compromising comments about Putin while he thought he was off-air. "Colleagues, somebody should be extremely punctual, while somebody else is exhausting all the limits for being late," he said in reference to Putin's tardiness for an event in southern Russia that same day. In addition, when another journalist complained about federal investigators searching the home of a witness in an unrelated investigation early in the morning, Mr Medvedev admitted: "They are just jerks, so they come at eight in the morning. It's just their set of habits. I know many people who work in the police. They think if they come at seven in the morning they will get everything in the world." UK news outlet, The Telegraph, reports that although none of the TV stations that interviewed Medvedev broadcast the off-air comments, they were subsequently sent to news wire agency Reuters with some finding their way onto YouTube. Medvedev's comments have now inspired widespread ridicule on the Internet, though alien conspiracists will likely seize on them as more evidence of a "New World Order" cover up. President Putin, a former KGB spy, and Prime Minister Medvedev worked together extensively during the 1990's and it was Putin who endorsed Medvedev's rise to power when he became Russia's youngest president in 2008 at the age of 43.
