Today, along with a little history, he has some very important words to share with us. Preceding his words, Neil has asked our own Michael—known to many of you from the Global Announcement post here last month—to create a brief video preface to put his message in context. In the very near future, the Elders will be setting up a very private meeting with him, and this is when they will finally rid themselves of their 6o-year-old responsibility and allow Neil to assume it, knowing, as Neil has said, that there will never be one moment when they lose one cent. For the first time they will be relieved of their burden, knowing that not only their beloved Indonesia, but all of mankind will be treated with humanitarian care. This was the Global Accounts' original purpose but they were hijacked not once, but twice, and used for war against us, the people of the planet, in an effort to control and enslave us. That time is now coming to an end and I believe this simple message from Neil will bring that end much closer. Until recently Neil did not understand the importance of the fact that after going through Ceremony, he was specifically 'chosen' by the Elders in Indonesia to do this work. This particular kind of Ceremony is not to be taken lightly: the Elders communicate with Mother Earth and Father Sky and, in my understanding of it, they ask if this is the person they have been waiting for to help them. Then, they wait for a response which usually comes in symbolic language from Mother Earth, and according to that response the particular person is chosen—or not chosen. My sense of this choice is that at the very least the person must be of impeccable integrity and, from my personal knowledge of Mr. Keenan, he embodies this quality. Putting it in another way, a way that might more easily be understood by the Western world, the Elders communicate with the quantum field, which is the positive energy we call Love surrounding us all, about which many of us have only recently learned. They ask if this person is acceptable to it and it responds yea or nay. Other names for this energy are known as God, the Source, the Universe, I AM THAT I AM, the Field. My personal experience with this field has been extraordinary. While I don't understand 'the numbers' of quantum theory, in my own personal life I have deeply lived its world view: everything we think, say, do, or feel is important and affects not only our own lives but that of the entire planet. This is because everything—absolutely everything—is energy and is interconnected, and so follows the law of energy: like attracts like. I believe quantum theory is also the long-lost connection between God and Science. Today, as we all begin to go forward together in Unity instead of Duality, perhaps we can begin to heal this false division between God and Science deceitfully and knowingly inflicted on us by the cabal. It seems the Universe chose this auspicious day, December 13th, at the new moon, for Neil to make this announcement. As I have posted elsewhere today, the number 13 is far more sacred than the dates of 12.12.12. The 79-year-old is in a "critical but stable condition" according to government sources and state television. Talabani is a veteran of the Kurdish guerrilla movement and became the country's first ever Kurdish president in 2005. Talabani has helped to negotiate relations between Sunni and Shi'ite Muslims and Kurds. Under a power-sharing agreement, the next president would also have to be a Kurd if Talabani is unable to continue. It is a largely ceremonial role, but the president does have some constitutional powers. Over the years, Talabani has suffered a number of health problems and had heart surgery in the US in 2008. Stone was critical of the country "only seeing history through American eyes" and, as a result, "it's unable to have a global empathy." Beyond merely this skewed perspective on the past, Kuznick noted that research shows "only 12% of high school seniors are proficient in U.S. history." Over the course of his appearance in the first hour, Stone shared his thoughts on a number of historic topics which have served as subjects for his critically acclaimed films, such as the 1980's economy, the JFK assassination, and Vietnam.The idea that the United States had to drop the atomic bomb on Japan in order to avoid an invasion was one belief which Kuznick called "one of the great myths" of American history. He explained that Japan knew by July of 1944 that they could not win the war and their strategy became "how to get the best surrender terms" via working with the Russians diplomatically and inflicting American casualties in the event of a ground war. However, Kuznick said, this plan dissolved when the United States convinced the Soviets to invade Japan following the end of the European conflict. As such, Kuznick declared, "the thing that finally ends the war was not the atomic bombings, which most Americans believe, it's the Russian invasion." Since Japan had been trying to surrender, he said, the Soviets actually saw the atomic bombing as unnecessary and more of an indirect attack of the Russians.----------------------------------------------------In the latter half, chairman of International Cruise Victims, Kendall Carver, talked about odd and mysterious disappearances on-board cruise ships and how the industry stonewalls investigations of crimes on the high seas. He recalled how his daughter, Merrian, disappeared from a cruise in August of 2004, which led him on a quest to find out what happened to her. Carver detailed how the cruise ship company forbid its employees from discussing the case with his investigators and repeatedly lied about video tape evidence which would have shed light on Merrian's fate. Based on his research, Carver revealed that Merrian's story is not unique and that once every two weeks someone disappears from a cruise ship.Carver also shared a number of other troubling details about the cruise ship industry, such as that they "take the legal position that they are under no obligation to investigate a crime," whether it be a disappearance, sexual assault, or robbery. In the book; A Madness Shared by Two, to be released on the 12-12-12, it explains what truly happened that day on the motorway, it's exposes numerous 'cover-ups', and this Section 136 is among them, [and before and beyond and up to the present date 14th November 2012] additionally this crucial evidence and information was deliberately covered up and edited out and hidden from the Hollinshead family as well as millions of members of the public. Here is the transcript of what is being said in this brief 20sec conversation between PC Finlayson and his superior officer. Narrator: "Now the woman is safely restrained, PC Finlayson updates his senior officer."
