Generosity, a power, a purpose, a meditation

Gratitude-jpeg-300x280Generosity is the first principle in many “systems” of wholeness. It is the first of the Perfections in Buddhism, is foundational to all shamanic cultures, and underlies the teachings of virtue in the Tao and the Vedas to name just a few. Why?

Our World Service meditation today calls forth the reasons why. It is a law based upon cosmic principle. And for a human being, as with any other living expression small or vastly big, generosity expands, frees, and expresses the truth of limitlessness. Feel the truth of it as you give and participate in today’s World Service Meditation.
