I would say that it's all coming down to experience... once you have been practicing and really doing it you will be able to listen to yourself and then KNOW when it is...
time to act time to stay back... time to look into things time to send healing time to protect yourself time to surround yourself in a bubble of love time to get dangerous...
Once you have been doing it for a while there are specific feelings that go with the actions and sometimes you can even "see" things happening elsewhere...

Sensei has a martial arts background and relate in completely different ways to me and uses his skills in other ways and it's pretty personal.

I too feel as if im being tested beyond physical ablities and have had trouble staying asleep. I got up last night around 3:33am felt fully charged and ready to go too!
Those "layup" resins will actually work in deep molds as well. Last month I accidentally ordered the US Composites #404 tooling resin rather than the Silmar 41. Uh oh - ffortunatly it was only 2 gallons rather than my usual 5 gallon order, but I tried it in castings anyway and it works fine. It is a bit thinner than the 41, but seems to do fine in orgonite molds. Bondo is supposed to be an all around resin but I think it may actually perform better used for layups. Still, it works fine for casting too. If all you can find is a layup resin try it anyway. It will probably work.

If we keep searching for perfection, then we will just mess things up more. We need to slow down and realize we already have it and use it!

Sometimes it can be interesting to stop someone when they go off on a complaining session and ask them to pretend that perfection is already here... that it's already perfect, that they are in the right place doing the right thing in this moment and that once they accept that they can start tweaking it... asking them to first take some responsibility for where they have ended up... along with crediting themselves for having made it so far...
They often have a hard time with that... first with the responsibility part and then almost even bigger... allowing themselves to feel that things are just the way they are supposed to...
Once they start seeing the perfection from their starting point it gets easier
I often use my power wand as an extension of myself to send people empowering thoughts and ask them to connect with truth since life becomes so much easier then. Once you start living your own truth choices and actions become easier - you see the big picture, know what needs to happen, know what your part is, generally finding the courage to follow through.

Lena I whole heartily agree with your words
When sending others empowering thoughts how do you know that what you sent has been put into motion or has reached them? Is it possible that TPTB can block the positive we send out and if so how would we get confirmation that it reached its sender un-corrupted?

Correction! I misunderstood the question thinking by resin you asked of metal I will picture it and post. Here it is sold in the shops which sell colors for all source of surfaces, and its purpose is for reshaping the ... body of a car... we say karoserija it comes together with some cloth, and it's rather expensive (0,5 l = 10 EUR).

Thanks jayclay. The rings around the sun and the moon are phenomenon I've seen on numerous occasions over the past few years, although only since my wake up call. They generally (always) appear after heavy sprayng sessions. There is, however, a similar phenomenon where isolated rainbows appear in the sky, chembows, which are caused by atmospheric pollution but have a similar (although far prettier) natural version, which I call rainbow sylphs. I saw one of these forming recently as one of a line of sylph clouds got whiter and brighter until it started to show beautiful rainbow colours. I actually had time to call over some people to watch it with me and they were amazed.
As lena pointed out above, we all see things in our own individual way and what is new to us as individuals might (and probably was) always there. I think some of this is due to our previous "progamming" which can be likened to (or actually is) a form of mass hypnosis. This would explain why so many people are simply unwilling or unable to see things that are literally staring them in the face, and I assume that most of us still have elements of programming that prevent us from seeing the obvious in many situations.
Tuxedo meadow commented on my story about the baby above. Young children must see the world through different eyes until the state does it's best to block that natural vision via vaccinations, junk food, etc. etc.
This would also explain the merciless advance of so-called "civilization" over the centuries that pretends to be superior but has continually used brutality and brain washing to destroy any natural based societies across the entire globe. There is a clear agenda to be seen that is quite literally "inhuman".
My question is whether the curtain may lift as the programming breaks down? This seems to be what all the prophecies foretold. There would be very dark times, but the darkness would have to give way to better times. We really do seem to be witnessing those days and like the first pieces of corn to pop, we are popping into a new awareness that could be followed by a mass corn popping.

I was just pondering doing another piece like it, or just pouring it out. It would be like an crystal "phantom." I have just recently experimented with a new phantom technique that is very cool and would work well with that one. hmmmm
