Four sisters have filed their claims against Eli Lilly in federal court. The sisters were diagnosed with breast cancer. Their mother took DES. The case is currently be tried in federal court in Boston. It is across the U.S., but there was a large number of DES scripts written in and around the Boston area.
Eli Lilly is one of the drug companies who marketed and sold DES to pregnant women to prevent miscarriages until 1971. DES (diethylstilbestrol) is a synthetic hormone that was prescribed to millions of pregnant women until 1971. The FDA advised doctors to cease prescriptions after DES was found to contribute to vaginal cancer in girls and young women who were exposed to DES in the womb. DES has since been linked to a number of other disorders, including an increased risk of breast cancer, inability to conceived due to misshapen uterus, or preterm labor with dire consequences to the infant.
If you know of anyone one born before 1970 and who has suffered breast cancer, has been unable to conceive, or upon conception has repeatedly miscarried, please let them know that I am actively seeking to file claims on behalf of those individuals.
If you or someone you love has been harmed by a defective drug, you and they are likely faced with a tremendous amount of stress, pain and frustration and might not be thinking about filing a lawsuit. Someone should be held accountable for what has happened. You need to know what rights you have under the law. When you are ready, we are here to help you fight back.

Done out of pure mercy, Kaliya is totally bewildered as to why the Supreme Personality of Godhead has taken so kindly to liberate its soul from its hard material casing.
Not giving up the fight, Kaliya’s wives plead for their husband’s life to be spared.
Giving various reasons as to why a material life is so much easier to pursue than a spiritual life that is dedicated to the lotus feet of the warrior of the heart, they panic when they see their husband being made into an absolute fool.
Generating so much income for the world of demons and demigods, Kaliya is our life and soul.
Performing various austerities out of lust and envy, Kaliya has become our god of choice.
Defending our snake pit territories from the foreign invaders of love and holiness, Kaliya abundantly provides us with all of the darknesses of unlimited material existences.
Swimming in our own poisons for the sheer nescient pleasures of doing so, our extremely conditioned consciousness is all that we know of and is all that we are capable of adoring.
Wondering how anyone could relish such Kali-yuga sentiments, Krishna removes every red gem of passion that is a part of every one of Kaliya’s hoods.
Holding these red gems in His two lotus hands, all of the illusory power which Kaliya thought it had vanished instantly; leaving Kaliya bereft of all of its material knowledge.
Without its knowledge of how to deceive and lure in innocent bystanders, Kaliya finally surrenders to the conclusive realizations of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
Insisting that Kaliya be banished from nesting in the Yamuna river, Kaliya and company slithers away in absolute shame; knowing that it has been eternally defeated by the glorious nature of the Absolute Truth.
Reviving His friends from the unconscious state of being a comatose slave to matter, Krishna returns to Vrindavana unharmed as usual.
Like all demons who invade the sacredness of Gokula or the land of God’s birth place, they never make it further than the neophyte stage of consciousness.
Unheard of in the spiritual counterpart of Gokula, the demonic tendencies that are vividly portrayed in various terrestrial pastimes does not even take one footstep in the pure consciousness of Goloka devotees.
While in Gokula, there is an incessant battle between the devotees and the demons, but in the spiritually minded atmosphere of Goloka, Krishna is the Supreme Controller of every thought, word and deed.
Never dancing out of harmony with Krishna’s flute songs, this heart of mine is demon free because of the continual protection that is offered by the warrior of the heart.

Prophets and philosophers throughout history have spoken of the potential calamities embedded within lies. “Relationships are ruined every day because of lies,” says former IBM executive Cathy Holloway Hill, a life improvement consultant and author of “Lies, Love & Life,” (www.chollowayhill.com). “Think about the collapse of our economy starting in 2008 – it didn’t happen because bankers and other key players were honest and acted with integrity. It happened because of lies. “Self lies” cause us to perpetuate a cycle of failure, she says, and the first step in reversing the pattern is recognizing them.
Hill has developed three questions – a Lie-Q test – for people who can’t seem to find success, whether it’s in romance, weight loss, finances or general contentment.
• Have you ever told yourself, “I’m too old for that”? That’ one of the many common self lies. Others include, “I will never find true love;” “I’ll never get out of debt;” “I can’t change who I am.” While the briefest of analyses demonstrates how illogical these lies are – people find true love, get out of debt and change every day – we persist in believing them. If you tell yourself you can’t, you won’t make the real effort required to succeed.
• Do you pretend to be happy when you’re not? Many of us have pretended to be happy on the job or at home when, in truth, we’re very unhappy. Sometimes we pretend for the sake of others; sometimes because we worry about the consequences of expressing our true feelings. And sometimes, we do it to convince ourselves that we’re happy. Are you happy? If you’re not sure, or if you’re sure you’re unhappy, Hill recommends getting into “self-discovery” mode. Take a close look at the hobbies, relationships, activities and work you enjoy. Determining what they are and working them into your life starts the process of feeling more content, she says.
• Do you think you can’t find a more satisfying job? It’s important to find satisfaction and gratification in our work lives, Hill says. “We spend most of our waking hours on the job so if yours feels tedious, meaningless and dead end, you will be happier if you’re at least working on a Plan B,” she says. Since the economic downturn and soaring jobless rates, the mantra has been, “Be grateful if you have any job at all.” That’s the wrong attitude. “If you have an exceptional skill and are willing to work hard, chances are you can find something that makes you happier. If it’s not a paying job, perhaps some volunteer work on the side,” Hill says.
Make a list of your skills and the things you enjoy. Do any of these match job descriptions in the real world? You may be surprised to find that your dream job – or something close to it --is available. “Why wouldn’t you go for it?” she asks.
