1 Open Audacity and turn the [dithering] function [off] see 2. 2 Edit/Preferences/Quality - realtime and high-quality conversion - [Dither] - select [None] - press the [OK] button 3 Click the [Effect] tab and select "Change Pitch Without Changing Tempo" 4 Click on the [Down] butto[ 5 In the [Semitones] box, type in [-0.318] you will see the [percent change] box adjust to [-1.820] 6 Click the [OK] key 7 Click on the [File] tab and select [Export] 8 [Export] file, select the folder you want to export to 10 Select the audio file type (wave, ogg, mp3, etc.), and click the [Save] key
