Since the beginning of the week I’ve sensed something would happen with one of my children. The thought that came to mind was of kid wanting to fight one of my younger ones. I have three boys ages 9, 10 and 13. And two girls aged 12 and 15.
I told the kids on Monday please be careful when you come home from school, make sure you come straight home and avoid contact with anyone you don’t know.
The days went by and everything seemed normal, except yesterday my 9 year old son told me about a new kid in school who calls him names during recess and says bad things about me. The kid obviously doesn’t know who I am because I don’t frequent the school daily. My son was troubled by it and even asked me why would the new kid say those things about me when I’m the best mom in the world.
I told my son not to pay attention to those things and next time to just tell the teacher or the counselor of the school. He tried but they were too busy handling other issues and nothing got done.
Today my son came home with a scratch on his neck, I asked what happened? He said the new kid called him the B word and the Mf word. There was a group of kids telling the new kid to mess with my son and that’s exactly what happened.
I called the police and made a report about the incident just in case something happens in the future. I was able to talk to the kid’s dad and I did notice how serious and unfriendly he was, but I told him how we need to be there for our children and we have to make sure the children are safe. When my other kids found out about the incident they were upset and asked me how come I was so calmed? I explained that I have no need to solve a problem with anger and that who am I to get upset at a kid that only God knows what he has been through in his life. The new kid maybe needs some really cool friends that can help him with his anger and bully behavior. My kids thought I was too nice and that maybe I’ve been meditating too much lol
Later I checked my phone only to see the news about the shooting in the state of CT. How a man went inside an elementary school and killed 20 students and 8 adults, he killed his mom first at home and then after killing the students he killed himself. I don’t know what is going on with the crimes, but they are increasing all over the place.
We should pray more and be more united.
I just needed to write this event of today and share it with you, my days are usually better than today. Thanks for reading Blessings!
One has to begin to watch one's own body from the inside. For example, I can move my hand without being conscious of it; a fly comes and you remove it, a mosquito comes and you remove it, and you go on doing your work. Even in sleep, if an ant starts crawling on your feet, the feet throw it off. They call it a conditioned reflex. Even the body has a little brain of its own; every cell has a little brain of its own, automatic and autonomous; it works on its own. Otherwise even sleep would become impossible, everything would be a disturbance. So you continue sleeping, your sleep is not disturbed; the ant is thrown away, the mosquito is blown away. And that's exactly what you go on doing the whole day.
But then try to move the same hand with inner consciousness: with closed eyes move the hand very consciously, watching from the inside, and you will be surprised: suddenly there is a grace, you can feel the hand moving, from inside you can see the movement of the hand. And certainly the seer is different from the seen.
Walking, eating, whatsoever one is doing, one should start watching the body. That is the first step of meditation: watching the body from the inside. Slowly slowly a distance arises between the watcher and the watched, and the confusion starts clearing up.
When you are perfectly aware that you are not the body then the second step has to be taken: the watching of mind processes, which are a little more subtle; hence one should take it only as a second step. Then thoughts, desires, memories, imagination, dreams, fantasies, slowly slowly the whole panorama of the mind has to be watched; then you start getting out of the entanglement with the mind. Just as you got out of the body, you start getting out of the mind; more clarity arises that you are not the mind either.
Then the third step is to watch the feelings, the emotions, which are the subtlest -- the heart. They are subtler than thoughts; they are very vague, very elusive. It is difficult to catch hold of them, but if you have succeeded in the first two steps then the third also becomes possible -- but only after the first two.
The process is the same, watching; just the object changes: the object becomes more and more subtle, more and more inner. And when you have succeeded in seeing that you are not your heart either – your emotions, your love, your hate, your moods, sadness, joy -- you are not even that, then a tremendous clarity arises in you.
These are the three steps which make you aware of yourself; it is a clear-cut, crystal-clear awareness of the self.
The Jewish story is that Moses asked god 'My people will ask me "Who is god?" How am I to answer them? What will I say? What is your name?' And the answer is tremendously significant; in fact in the whole Judaic religion there is nothing more important than that single statement. That contains the essence of meditation. God said 'Just tell those people ?I am that I am."
Now it looks very absurd, it looks like & tautology: I am that I am. But that is the state of meditation -- when you have become aware 'I am not the body, I am not the mind, I am not the heart.' Then what can you say? -- only 'I am that I am.'
Buddha says this is the third step, and many religions have stopped here. I perfectly agree with him. And I can see why many religions have stopped here, because it seems one has arrived. But just one step more is needed, because this 'I am' is also in a very subtle way, a thought, a feeling, an identity.
If this also can be watched then one reaches the ultimate, and that state is called parishuddha: the fourth, the ultimate purity where nothing can be said; one is simply silent, There is no way to say it, no way to express it.
Lao Tzu says 'Truth cannot be said, and the moment you say it, you have already falsified it.'
Today, I was reminded of how you and I were here at the beginning of humanity. Of how we were so attracted to the new circus in town- Earth. How we were so close to merging back with God, and Earth came along, and we rolled the dice and risked it all. We were so excited about this new experience in a brand new cloak of consciousness.
There was so much we could do and learn from this perspective- and the opportunity to teach was irresistible. We had not pulled a veil over the view of our past and were fully aware we were Light Beings and from where we came, as was the custom common at the time. Wow! We could show so many other beings how immediate the manifestations of their thoughts were. We could seed the universe with our special abilities by teaching that in a specially constructed laboratory for learning.
I remembered how we helped the newbies learn to heal themselves and to maintain their new physical bodies energetically. That is what we did in another purely mental dimension, maintaining a different form energetically, through our thoughts. It is really no different now. Our thoughts create our reality. It is a universal law- a part of universal DNA, so to speak.
But something happened that we had not seen coming. As constructive thoughts create- destructive thoughts destroy. We were unaware that there were dark forces incarnating to tempt us to begin enjoying earthly pleasures so to speak. In our elation, we joined in to party hardy, not being aware of the consequences. We made some poor choices. We accepted an ego for our own aggrandizement when we could have had a much grander existence.
For this we were banished to pull the veil over our eyes to our previous lives and experience birth and death- over and over again- to be tortured, persecuted, and killed for our beliefs. These dark forces have been at work to sabotage humanity for some time now and it is high time we steer the people of Earth back to our roots. This time, we are more experienced and savvy. We have a mission to "once and for all" overcome those dark forces- hence a new movement I am conceiving - Power4Equality.
Our power is in our thoughts- think a negative thought and we loose power- think a positive thought and we gain power. Then when we combine our energies, they are so much more powerful than individually. We are not going to get through this alone. Now is the time to make friends- not make enemies. We now need to turn TO each other- not ON each other.
There is a serious vacuum in the middle between equally balanced ideologies in the US and in the world. The only solution now is compromise. That is how we became the "United States". Together we have enormous power to overcome the prevailing dark forces and change the world, "once and for all". We now need to turn TO each other- not ON each other. Our power is in our Oneness.
So- again- we have chosen to roll the dice and risk it all- you and I. We didn't have to get caught up in this mess- we could have stayed away and avoided it. But that is not us. We HAVE to be here now to serve. The time has come to change the world- "once and for all". Collectively, we have the ability to do so- with our thoughts. This is our one big chance to achieve atonement. You couldn't beat us away with a stick, or a harsh word, or a sword, or even a gun.
The dues we pay for coming here now is heavy Karma- especially in relationships. If we are to be effective leaders then we are going to have to overcome some serious personal obstacles. Our destiny- you, moi, our soul family- is to show others how to locate and expel their limiting beliefs. We have to first do that for ourselves.
With the massacre in Connecticut, now would be a bad time, or perhaps a good time, to say, "all is as it should be". But it is. It's all good. Those brave souls gave their lives to change our consciousness. May we honor their enormous sacrifice. May we heed their sacrificial message. Their life purpose was to be martyrs to further deliver the message that now is the time to help one another.
But was this all necessary I ask? How can we stop it I ask? What if there had been someone to reach out to this disturbed individual? Perhaps a kind word, a caring gesture, or an offer to help could have prevented this tragedy. We now need to turn TO each other- not ON each other. Our power is in each other. Our power is in our Oneness. We can claim that power with our thoughts.
This behavior- killing one another- is what humanity is choosing and has been choosing for eons. Now we will see how much tolerance there is for this behavior and we should be seeing changes in our gun laws in the near future. Then hopefully we will take a step toward making helping each other a priority in our life- not fearing one another or fearing the attack of another.
Enormous spiritual growth can occur in the face of undesirable events. This is one of the "unthinkable consequences" that will occur if we collectively do not change our thinking. We need to realize while we still can that life is about helping one another. It is not about accumulation. We can't keep kicking the can down the road and each of us seriously need to examine our beliefs and know that we are collectively creating our reality.
We now need to turn TO each other- not ON each other. Our power is in each other. Our power is in our Oneness. We can claim that power with our thoughts.
As goes Earth- so goes the Universe. We are being watched to see what we will do. What will you do? What will you be thinking?

CHANNELED ASCENSION MESSAGE FROM THE HIGH COUNCIL OF ORION COUNTDOWN DAY 8 DECEMBER 13TH 2012.

WHITE WATER RAFTING
“Greetings Dear Ones. We are the High Council of Orion.
Today we're talking about white water rafting!
Whether you feel like you're a person who would get into a raft, and allow yourself to be propelled down river by water that you have no control over, from an energetic point of view all of you are in some rapids right now!
Those whitewater rapids are the flow of the change and transformation on the planet. For some of you your rafting experience right now might feel as if you're floating along, lying back, enjoying the scenery, just floating along a lazy river. But for many of you you feel like you've gotten into this rushing, angry water, in a river full of rocks, whitewater, and the potential for tumbling and getting thrown out. Some of you feel like you're hanging on for dear life, not realizing that you’ve chosen to be in this place at this time, with the whitewater of the energetic transformation on the planet.
What we ask you to do is decide that if you are needing to traverse the rapids, for you’re in them, would you rather do it in a boat, or would you rather do it without… with your body just in the water getting buffeted around? The metaphor we are using here is one about really paying attention to the boat. If you are in this whitewater and you were being buffeted about you’d be quite grateful for a raft to support you, buoy you up, help you keep your head above water, perhaps even stay alive as you’re going around difficult corners and going off treacherous dips.
In focusing on the raft, where’s the raft in your life? There are moments in time where support is required. What are you doing to support yourself?
• Are you hearing these messages and thinking these sound like a good idea, but continuing on in your daily life the way you always have? • Are you hearing wise advice from the High Council of Orion or others, and saying it feels good and then forgetting it the next moment? • Are you applying the support that you know would optimize your ride down the river? • If you are, that’s fantastic! If you're not, we lovingly say “Why not? Why not allow yourself the support so that you can increase your potential for enjoying the ride?”
Support can come from you doing the things that you know you can act around, such as making sure you're slowing down, getting rest, drinking water, supporting this beautiful human vehicle that has agreed to be the structure for your Soul during this time of great change.
What are you doing to allow yourself some peace of mind, some calm within the storm, so to speak? For some that could happen through meditation or listening to uplifting music, being with friends, reading some inspirational words. For some of you using your physical body through exercise, yoga, gardening, even housecleaning allows you that greater place of ease. But we ask you to look at your life raft and see if it's complete. Can you add more to it? Can you pump some more air into it? We encourage you not to feel that you need to go this alone.
If you need to, reach out for support through friends and family, through counselors within your religious organizations, through professionals, through readings with those who've been trained in those methods. Are you getting yourself the support that you need so that your life raft can be strong and supportive, and give you that sense of safety and security as you navigate this time?
For the energies are there, one can't deny the energies are there. So what can you do to support yourself and allow yourself the easiest ride down river as possible? If you can make a commitment to just one thing, one thing more, to honor and support yourself, one thing more to add some more air to your raft will make a tremendous difference in your ability to be present for yourself, as well as for others.
As we’ve said before and will say again, you're each beautiful bright lights and your love and support, honoring yourself and where you've chosen to be at at this point in time, allows the volume on the light you have to give to increase. So, in supporting yourself you’re able to share even more with the world. As you share more with the world, you have that potential to assist many others as they’re in their raft, making their way down the bumpy waters.
Be Blessed.
We are the High Council of Orion.”

This past year there have been terrible shootings in public places. There have been private shootings, stabbings, beatings, and wars. There are reactive angry actions happening all over our world.
I sit with tears as I think about the tiny children in Connecticut.. My first inclination is to condemn the perpetrators, yet following that comes this question: What kind of pain creates these kinds of actions? What happened to hurt them so badly they have to lash out and hurt others?
In the next few days we'll hear lots of stories. We'll try to figure out why it happened. Yet, we'll never know anything except that the person, perhaps persons, were in tremendous pain.
Years ago, I watched a program on TV where scientists said that in the animal world, fear turns to attack in 60 seconds. So the bottom line question is "What are we afraid of?"
Where is your fear, your pain, your anger? We've all been there. Have we buried it, or dealt with it? These are the times to deal with it. It's the feelings we've buried. For far too long we've been told to stifle our feelings. It's not appropriate to be angry or hurt or sad, especially if you're in a New Thought tradition. Unfortunately buried things never stay buried - they erupt in many different ways. We can't hold them in any longer. It's time to feel.
My heart is being broken open by the pain I see in our world. In the breaking open, I let Love pour out a healing balm. I know God is in the midst of all the details.
AFFIRMATIVE PRAYER
God is Love - an unconditional Love that is the Source, substance and support of all things. Love is the greatest healing agent there is. This Love is within each of us.
I now declare we are ready and willing to be the holder of Love for anyone in a tragic situation - both the victims and the perpetrators. We feel our feelings and move into a space where Love heals all wounds, and makes the way easier. We open our hearts to compassion and empathy. We open our minds to knowing the Truth of all. God is there in the midst of each experience.
Quietly and gratefully I release these words to Divine Law, and know that they are so. And so It is.
Essence is the same, we are all love. Now when we meet people daily we forget that simple fact.
Sometimes i think the best thing to do when i first meet someone is to think which could be the worst aspect of themselves. Once I do that, i remember that in the bottom that person is just love. After doing this very extreme thought I start to observe the second, not the first… letting it come up and become more and more obvious. Of course I struggle with the challenges that the first thought created on me, but i challenge my mind and heart to keep looking for that part i know is there.
Maybe you think think I'm complicated, but i'm not. It is very simple, what is there in that person not to like if i know it is just love?
Somebody did this to me and transmuted all my judgement into love, my internal wars into peaceful agreements. It showed me the differences and the reasons why we are united too.
It created one internal war with my own perception of the world and the challenge to integrate them, not to separate them. Forced me to listen to my own voice, my soul, and then to look outwards to see exactly the same.
We often times introduce ourselves with name, and profession. Is that what we do, who we are? No… we just are, then we do what we know how to do best.
My virtues and defects coexist hand by hand, and they love each other… they would not recognize themselves without the other. That's why duality exist. But knowing them only gives you the power of having one beautiful conversation with yourself daily, where you agree and disagree with your own thought every minute of the day. In that awareness I'm capable of dialogue with myself and to build up a beautiful confident voice, capable of re patterning my thoughts, over and over again.
At first it is a struggle, then it becomes a challenge, later on a dance… that happens naturally from the first thought to the last. In this dance is where you find yourself, your whole wise beautiful being… and then you see it outside yourself over and over again. And you realize we are one, we think alike… yet we have different ways of expressing it.
Many times when i first get to know people's traditions i might caught myself in the "OMG i cannot believe this person does this!" and yet i do it too. It is a humbling experience where you learn to not judge, for you are that same thing you judge on others. And expands my consciousness to a bigger and bigger experience.
I like to believe I learn from people's energy, so I go out everyday thinking that whoever comes my way, will transmute their life experience. I set my own mind to explore a new world and make it my own. Then i become that person, I cry their pain, I laugh their happiness… and then I centre back into myself knowing at the end of the day, I'm a new person with more and more to experience. I might not see this person again, but believe me they touch my heart and I learn to love them deeply…
Learning to love strangers this way it is challenging for our belief that if you feel like this for somebody you might have something special and your old mind set may want to trick you into a "relationship" with this "new" individual. But you learn, you stay in your ground, you learn this person, you love them and then you can move on or keep them in your life.
So i developed a few reminders for my own sake and sanity, as soon as I know them and feel the connection I remind to myself "this awesome individual it is a beautiful mirror of my love or my fears" and if the connection is very strong i say to myself "I love you, you are amazing, and I will always love you… even if you never come back".
These 2 statements set me free every day, to know i've learned someone new, integrated them into my life, imagined every single possible future together, and a minute later, when they say good bye… I think it is forever. It creates a beautiful pattern of attachment and detachment that helps us live freely, love freely, and reconnect with them at a distance with a simple thought.
The love you feel, you are very capable of transmitting it back, with a thought, but this is true also with the dislikes. i don't judge it any longer, for I know the best and I know the worst. And my thoughts always magnetize my energy towards the best in them. The worst becomes an memory of the past, someone they "were" according to my own perception at that time.
I'm not saying people will respond back to me with the best, but the more I put my attention in either one of them, the more I see both qualities. At the end I know, the world hasn't changed yet… and I might walk the street and somebody simply come to me and kill me (to think the worst), but I do know this way of thinking always brings up to the surface the best of them and I often times end up unharmed.
Smiling to someone with you heart, simply puts down all barriers of resistance. This might sound silly as me, rose coloured for many, but it is quite realistic. It helps me see and feel their pain, and opens up a whole new set of skills to simply talk to them and help them see that part of themselves as well.
I am a very lucky person, I don't know any celebrities and I probably have no clue of what's happening in the world, but I have met extraordinary beautiful people that has taught me all this. I am extremely grateful for them, all of them… every religion, every tradition, every nationality teaches me how to live better and better… in a more simplified way. Cleaning all the clutter out my old thinking, and expanding my mind to thousands of new possibilities.
This is what i call my world of trading, the trading of wisdom that is available to all of us if we simply allow it to come in. Brakes all ties, creates no wants, and gives value to all of it.
If we meet again in this lifetime, know that you are always welcome in my life. If we don't, know that you are always a part of me for simply being who you are.
Tragedy in Newtown, Ct. Elementary School 12/14/12
When it comes to the death of young children, it is a natural human response to ask for a Divine explanation of why God would allow circumstances to exist in which the very young, the very innocent, would die before they have had a chance to live. This question which is so heart-wrenching when illness or birth-defect is involved for which there is no cure or remedy, becomes even more heart-wrenching when a tragedy occurs at the hands of another human being whose motivation appears to be that of deliberately attacking innocence. Such evil is heart-breaking, and there is no explanation of any kind that can sufficiently heal the wound that such loss creates.
For the departing soul – the child who dies suddenly – there are always helpers who assist that soul to make the transition to the higher planes of light. Some souls who die suddenly go through a period of shock and need to be helped through this transition. For those left behind, there is searing grief, confusion, shock, and anger as well as the spiritual understandings that the heart connected with the soul tries to anchor in. These understandings do not remove the pain. Rather, they create a container in which to hold it so that it can be absorbed more gently.
Here are some aspects of these understandings:
First, that many souls who die young, in fact most, have chosen, on the soul-level, to live a brief life for purposes only known to the soul. For these, the manner of death is also chosen as part of the soul’s learning. This latter is incomprehensible to the human understanding but known to the soul.
Second, there are certain souls, and they are few, who fall prey to the karma of the one committing violence against them, not because they have planned such a death in advance, but because they get caught up in a wider circle of karmic interactions from which they cannot be extricated. This circumstance is rarer, though it does happen, and in the cases where it does happen, the event of such an unforeseen conclusion to a life is always translated in some unknowable way into an aspect of growth that will appear later on in the soul’s maturation.
Third, there are numerous souls who have volunteered to come to the Earth at this time of transition, who knowingly and willingly have agreed to help by encountering the forces of darkness that are doing battle at this time with expanding forces of light. This battle operates at both a planetary level and within individuals as well, where it may create an internal conflict that becomes more and more virulent between forces of light and their influence on the psyche, and forces of darkness and their influence on the same. Within vulnerable individuals, individuals whose motivations are not firmly enough anchored in the values of the heart due to their heart energy having been covered over by existing negative forces, there can come a time when they lose the small separation that has existed between their own inner experience and the thoughts created by influencing energies. At such times unexpected behaviors may result.
Souls who have come in service may not know in what manner they will engage with the darkness that is present on the Earth, but have volunteered to be here in whatever way will be helpful. They have come for this purpose, to serve the Earth, and on a soul level know that the path of their service will be created within their own individual lives.
For those experiencing the shock and loss that is natural to the human heart in the presence of the violation of innocence, and especially for those whose loss is personal, intimate, and devastating, there is no explanation that will suffice. What is needed above all in this time of pain is the willingness to trust that beyond pain, beyond death, beyond what seems like the power of darkness to create havoc with lives, God is holding all, and it is God’s Divine embrace of love that has allowed souls to come in service in the first place and that will allow the healing that is needed to take place.
May we who share in this tragedy stand steadfastly with the values of the human heart and compassionately with the suffering of its pain, even while we hold trust in the life of the soul and in the goodness of God and of life.
May we bless those who mourn the loss of a precious loved one at this time, and hold them in the light of God’s love. ~Julie Redstone

How To Detect Stroke Symptoms
Have you received an email or heard about how to recognize stroke symptoms? The email begins with this headline and warning.
“I URGE ALL MY FRIENDS TO READ & SHARE THIS; YOU COULD SAVE A LOVED ONE’S LIFE BY KNOWING THIS SIMPLE INFORMATION!!!
Stroke has a new indicator! They say if you ...forward this to ten people, you stand a chance of saving one life. Will you send this along? Blood Clots/Stroke - They Now Have a Fourth Indicator, the Tongue:”
The details to recognize a stroke are explicit and compelling. Yet, the suggested protocol is the opposite of what will help you to be healthy. Knowing the signs of a health problem is not PREVENTION; it is simply recognizing the Problem.
The root cause of a stroke is a process of “Giving up. Resistance. ‘Rather die than change.’ Rejection of life.”
The biggest medical myth is that early detection of any physical symptom is prevention. How can knowing the symptoms of a stroke prevent a stroke? Using detecting symptoms as a protocol for prevention is analogues to 'closing the barn door after the horse has gotten out.'
To prevent anything – one needs to understand how it is created. We live in a three-dimensional world made up of Universal Laws. Universal Laws are founded on the understanding that everything in the universe is energy, including humans, and that energy moves in a circular fashion. At the microscopic level, every living thing is a whirling mass of electrons and energy atoms spinning rapidly. Humans are intimately connected with this sea of whirling electrons.
Thoughts and feelings are impulses of energy. The combined beliefs, thoughts, feelings, words and actions of everyone on the planet creates our collective consciousness, it creates the world we see. We create what we focus on. If we focus on creating health we become healthier. When you focus on every degenerative detail of a physical malfunction; that is what you create. Every physical ailment has a mental cause. When you discover the pattern you will recognize how your physical ailments were created.
Radio, TV programming and popular publications create your future. Most conventional wisdom is implanted into the public consciousness by a thousand contrived media clips per day. Media, public relations firms, and advertising constantly send out thought-forms that program us for sickness, drugs, violence, fear, and materiality. These thoughts go into collective consciousness and create a huge cesspool of dysfunctional beliefs from which we draw our personal thoughts.
There is a disease of the month celebrated every month–What are we creating when we celebrate a disease? What do you think Stroke Awareness month will create–more health or dis-ease? Do you want to be part of the problem, or part of the solution? Think about this and then determine what you will do.
Whose Thoughts Are You Thinking? Where your attention goes–your reality is created. Strokes were rare until fear thoughts about strokes were programmed into consciousness.
Mind Body, Spirit health is your birth right. It is your responsibility to yourself to maintain what is rightfully yours.
You have greater control of your health than you know. I know first-hand and from the experience of my clients, whom I assist in transforming dire dis-eases–Anxiety, Bipolar, Cancer, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Hepatitis C, High Blood Pressure, Lupus, Mitral Valve Prolapse, MS, Panic, PTSD, Stroke and the list goes on.
In order to create health we need to focus on the Mind, Body, Spirit.
There are eight strategies for creating health:
1) Think for yourself – Take care of yourself first. The airline flight attendants instruct adults to put on their oxygen mask first before helping children and others. There is a practical reason for that – an oxygen deprived brain does not function clearly. Therefore, the person can not assist others adequately. If your health and well-being is compromised you are unable to be of full benefit to those who count on your care.
2) Shift your consciousness to create Health instead of fighting/guarding against a disease.
3) Focus on positive thoughts
4) Expand and maintain Spiritual Enlightenment – Meditate, Ti Chi, Yoga
5) Consistently create peace of mind and joy
6) Maintain a healthy food plan for your blood type; plus vitamins and supplements:
a) Maintain an alkaline system. Cancer is unable to exist in an alkaline environment.
b) Eliminate WHEAT – What is called wheat is grass. It is highly acidic and does not digest. Wheat ferments in the stomach and spews the acidity into the blood which is carried to every cell in the body causing bloating, inflammation and swelling in joints and tissue. Read Wheat Belly, William Davis.
c) Consume 4 – 5 servings of raw vegetables per day
d) Consume 2 -3 servings of Monounsaturated Fatty Acids per day.
e) Consume 8 – 10 8 oz. glasses of water per day.
7) Exercise 3 - 4 times per week
8) Engage in Leisure pursuits – hobbies, sports, etc.
It takes great courage to pull out of the cesspool of dysfunctional thinking…and live the Universal Laws of truth. It’s time to wake-up and take responsibility for your health, wellness and happiness. What we envision think and believe is what we will create. Consider how different the world would be if TV and radio programming only broadcast information about the positive aspects of life, instead of all the ills and deviants. These negative thought forms are the major factors in creating the world you see. Think about the world our children and grandchildren will live in. Be discerning, selective–and only support people and empowering causes that truly make this world a better place to live.
One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is to monitor everything you think and feel. Stop reading popular magazines and newspapers…stop watching TV and listening to radio disease commercials…and you will be amazed at how different you think and feel.

A Freer (Happier!) Way to Think By, Deepak Chopra http://www.oprah.com/spirit/How-to-Stop-Anxiety-and-Obsessive-Thoughts-Deepak-Chopra/1
Every day unwanted thoughts enter our minds: "What's wrong with me?" "I keep doing this to myself," "I'm stupid," "I'm all alone," "I never get a break" and "How will I ever get out of this?"' 'Our minds are vulnerable to negative thoughts, causing us doubt, worry, anxiety—and frequently, it's the same negative thoughts that return over and over.
Repetition is a sign that you need to change. A part of you is calling out to get your attention. These thoughts are like having a rock in your shoe. It's not reasonable to ask the rock to quit hurting you or to see it as your enemy. The pain the rock causes is only asking for a remedy.
The first step is making a decision, one that only you can make: to walk away from the false solutions and futile tactics that have kept you stuck in your mental misery. It's not the thoughts that are making you miserable; it's the lack of a viable strategy.
Psychologists have asserted for decades that there is a huge difference between having a negative thought and turning it into action. Yet this lesson never seems to sink in. Thoughts are just fleeting mental images. They have no consequences until you choose to make them important. Let's look more closely at the five choices that will help you take the mental rock out of your shoe.
1. Turn Negativity into Positive Action If an obsessive thought is a cry for help—and it is—bring the help that's asked for. You wouldn't neglect a crying child, yet we all neglect our negative thoughts, which are the mental equivalent. Let's say you are in a difficult situation and you start thinking, "What's wrong with me?" or "How will I ever get out of this?" Acknowledge that you are feeling scared, which is the real event occurring in your mind. Don't push the anxiety away. Take a break and walk away from the immediate stress. Sit quietly and take some deep breaths. Do your best to center yourself.
Once you feel calm enough to address the situation, make a plan. Write down the possible steps you can take that will be positive, achievable actions. (The point here is to use the rational side of the brain rather than giving in to runaway emotion.) Once you have your list, put the positive actions in order of which to do first, second and third. Now take the first step. Turning an emotional event inside yourself into a set of rational steps is one of the best ways to rise above the level of the problem to the level of the solution.
2. Get a Healthy Outside Perspective If a negative mental habit—like feeling insecure, scared or helpless—has been with you for a while, you need to check if your plan for action is workable. Seek outside validation. Go to someone you trust, preferably someone who displays the qualities you want to acquire (e.g., a firm sense of self, a lack of fear and plenty of self-reliance), and discuss the practical things you intend to do. I'm not talking about the kind of adviser who says things like "Get over it," "Everyone feels that way" or "Poor thing." Such statements are copouts. Seek someone who genuinely empathizes and can validate your plan to change.
How to put an end to a bad habit
3. Don't Indulge the Level of Futility We've already discussed our propensity to keep doing what never worked in the first place. But futile tactics are insidious. They keep coming to mind over and over, despite their record of failure. The difficulty is that you have wired your brain, setting down a groove that is all too easy to fall back into. Grooves can be erased only by forming new grooves.
If you find yourself falling back into self-defeating thoughts, stop and say, "That's how I've been approaching the problem. And it doesn't work." You will have to do this more than once, and yet each time is useful. The more you stop indulging the level of futility, the more mental energy can be devoted to new tactics. Please note, I'm not saying that you should fight your old mental habits. That's a recipe for more misery, as all wars are. Your aim is simply to notice what doesn't work, which is a form of mindfulness or self-awareness.
4. Expand Your Awareness When the mind is constricted, it becomes like a tight muscle—you can't expect it to move as long as it's cramped. The things that constrict the mind: old conditioning, outworn beliefs, ritualized thinking, habit, inertia, fear and low expectations. These are challenges you need to confront as honestly as possible.
Having a closed mind doesn't feel good, so whenever you detect any kind of inner discomfort, the first tactic should be to expand your awareness. Let's say that you feel resentment toward someone else. Clearly, that is a contracted mindset. If you were more open-minded, you'd start to tolerate that person, see their good side, and stop waiting for something new to blame and dislike them for.
In and of itself, open-mindedness solves all kinds of problems that are the result of narrow-mindedness. But to achieve it, you need to stop believing that being stuck, judgmental, opinionated and self-important ever works. You must learn to know yourself better, to follow the model of tolerant people rather than prejudiced ones, to turn away from victimization and so on. For years I've recommended meditation as the most effective way to expand awareness. Also useful are mindfulness, self-reflection, prayer, contemplation and counseling.
5. Take Full Responsibility Your mind encompasses the best of yourself and the worst. It holds the greatest promises and the greatest threats. Our minds create our reality. Once you face this fact, it can be overwhelming. We all secretly want to escape responsibility for creating the situation we find ourselves in. We don't want to face painful truths. Change feels like risk. Our minds are used to projecting blame and judgment upon others. So much promise goes unfulfilled this way. In truth, the power to create your reality, which begins by building a mature self, opens the way to life's greatest joys.
Two ways to turn your perception around
6. Develop a Higher Vision of Your Life It would be sheer drudgery if you took responsibility for only the bad things in your life. You are also responsible for the good things. If you have a vision for yourself, you can aim higher. The good things become more meaningful because you are heading for long-term fulfillment. This is much better than a string of short-term pleasures, nice as they may be. People without a vision can amass a lot of small pleasures. This kind of immediate gratification is everywhere in our society; distractions are a multi-billion-dollar business. Look at your daily quotient of idling around the Internet, video games, channel surfing, movies, snacking, shopping, and merely hanging around.
These distractions are hangovers from adolescence, when immaturity was a natural state. They drop away when life moves on and you undertake the project of building a self. The point isn't to become self-serious and reject having fun. The point is to aim for higher satisfactions that last. By developing a vision of what your life is about, you are asking, "Who am I?" and then turning your answer into positive actions.
7. Make Full Use of Your Successes We began with the universal problem of mental misery, tracing it back to the mind being an enemy instead of an ally. When you start making your mind into a friend, each step forward needs to be reinforced. That's how the brain gets new neural pathways that last. Without reinforcement, your successes will seem to float away while your problems will seem to stick around. In reality, negativity has no power to defeat positivity. Both forces exist in everyone's mind. The real issue is to bring in as much light as you can. Negativity acquires its power through repetition, being unconscious, judging yourself and focusing on setbacks. Positivity gains its power by celebrating our successes, associating with people who are good role models, learning to be emotionally resilient, being objective about your situation and, above all else, acquiring self-awareness.
I realize that I've set out a plan for overcoming mental misery that sounds daunting if you are used to following futile tactics—most of which only postpone the day when you make a tremendous discovery, that you are not life's victim or fate's pawn. But you are the creative center of your own existence. The greatest power we have is the power to create reality. Mental misery denies you that power. Taking positive steps to turn our mind into an ally is the escape route everyone has been seeking for centuries. The essence of wisdom is to see that there is always a solution once you realize that the mind, which seems to create so much suffering, has infinite potential to create fulfillment instead.
Excerpt from A New Earth by, Eckhart Tolle http://www.oprah.com/oprahs-lifeclass/An-Excerpt-from-A-New-Earth-by-Eckhart-Tolle/1
Is humanity ready for a transformation of consciousness, an inner flowering so radical and profound that compared to it the flowering of plants, no matter how beautiful, is only a pale reflection? Can human beings lose the density of their conditioned mind structures and become like crystals or precious stones, so to speak, transparent to the light of consciousness? Can they defy the gravitational pull of materialism and materiality and rise above identification with form that keeps the ego in place and condemns them to imprisonment within their own personality?
The possibility of such a transformation has been the central message of the great wisdom teachings of humankind. The messengers—Buddha, Jesus, and others, not all of them known—were humanity's early flowers. They were precursors, rare and precious beings. A widespread flowering was not yet possible at that time, and their message became largely misunderstood and often greatly distorted. It certainly did not transform human behavior, except in a small minority of people.
Is humanity more ready now than at the time of those early teachers? Why should this be so? What can you do, if anything, to bring about or accelerate this inner shift? What is it that characterizes the old egoic state of consciousness, and by what signs is the new emerging consciousness recognized? These and other essential questions will be addressed in this book. More important, this book itself is a transformational device that has come out of the arising new consciousness. The ideas and concepts presented here may be important, but they are secondary. They are no more than signposts pointing toward awakening. As you read, a shift takes place within you.
This book’s main purpose is not to add new information or beliefs to your mind or to try to convince you of anything, but to bring about a shift in consciousness, that is to say, to awaken. In that sense, this book is not "interesting." Interesting means you can keep your distance, play around with ideas and concepts in your mind, agree or disagree. This book is about you. It will change your state of consciousness or it will be meaningless. It can only awaken those who are ready. Not everyone is ready yet, but many are, and with each person who awakens, the momentum in the collective consciousness grows, and it becomes easier for others. If you don’t know what awakening means, read on. Only by awakening can you know the true meaning of that word. A glimpse is enough to initiate the awakening process, which is irreversible. For some, that glimpse will come while reading this book. For many others who may not even have realized it, the process has already begun. This book will help them recognize it. For some, it may have begun through loss or suffering; for others, through coming into contact with a spiritual teacher or teaching, through reading The Power of Now or some other spiritually alive and therefore transformational book—or any combination of the above. If the awakening process has begun in you, the reading of this book will accelerate and intensify it.
An essential part of the awakening is the recognition of the unawakened you, the ego as it thinks, speaks, and acts, as well as the recognition of the collectively conditioned mental processes that perpetuate the unawakened state. That is why this book shows the main aspects of the ego and how they operate in the individual as well as in the collective. This is important for two related reasons: The first is that unless you know the basic mechanics behind the workings of the ego, you won’t recognize it, and it will trick you into identifying with it again and again. This means it takes you over, an imposter pretending to be you. The second reason is that the act of recognition itself is one of the ways in which awakening happens. When you recognize the unconsciousness in you, that which makes the recognition possible is the arising consciousness, is awakening. You cannot fight against the ego and win, just as you cannot fight against darkness. The light of consciousness is all that is necessary. You are that light.
Go Beyond the Normal Reach of Complacency Message from Ascended Master, Serapis Bey ~ December 14 – 21, 2012 Received by: Julie Miller December 14, 2012
How many habits have been created just because you gave into a whimsical desire? You can receive instant satisfaction when you allow yourself to indulge, but how often does one indulge before a habit is formed that causes issues when you try to break that habit? It is essential to show yourself love and compassion as it benefits you and those around you. But when you take that precious energy you have provided for yourself and create a habit that can all-consume you it can most definitely cause a developing pattern of unfulfilled happiness and stagnation to occur in regards to your Spiritual and Personal growth.
Self-Indulgence when gone to extremes will create negative energy to be attracted you, thus causing negative results for the choices made that are extreme in order to satisfy your desires. Moderation has always been a term to apply when you feel the need to indulge. Too much self-indulgence can lead to sickness, grief, sometimes pain, or another form of misery and harm. Self-indulgence is the same as being selfish. When you go to extremes to satisfy yourself to the point of a habit being created, you are demonstrated only your needs is important and consciously and sub-consciously the needs of others becomes forgotten. This creates a Lose-Lose situation no matter what satisfaction you have gained from the need to over indulge.
We encourage each of you to take a moment to reflect, to think back to a time you indulged to the point where you may have made yourself ill, or caused upset somewhere else. Some people indulge when they are in emotional distress, they turn to food, alcohol, drugs, sex, sometimes there is an expressed need to shop excessively and sometimes violence occurs. How each person deals with stressful situations is entirely individual and unique. Even though you may have been facing a horrendous situation, maintaining control of your emotions and behaviour is essential. We know this can be very difficult. There are so many distractions out there for you and their presence is a test of your resistance. Always think well before you choose dear ones. All choices you make are your responsibility. You may make all the excuses you want, but honestly and truthfully when you choose to indulge beyond moderation remember and think what harm can be caused by your actions. Who else could be feeling the negative impact of your self-indulgence in your life?
If you allow yourself to stay within the habit of a self-indulgence lifestyle you are giving up certain responsibilities to yourself. You are responsible to look after you. Even if you have children, maybe older family members to care for, it is you that must take care of you first. If you are too focused on a habit instead of eating properly, getting enough sleep or not keeping your physical body clean what happens is those people that depend on you begin to become less important and in turn can begin feeling unloved, that they are the cause for your distress, etc. Some excessive self-indulgences can create a reduction in your standard of living, negative feelings can erupt and words can come spilling out that are sharper than any knife. Happiness is not a result of over-indulgence.
When you are faced with difficult decisions or hard challenge make an effort to not surrender to your anger, sadness, frustration, etc. Yes make note of it because your emotions are natural in response to certain events and situations. Surrender your worries and concerns to God. Let God cradle you within His comforting presence, free your worries to the angels that surround you. Every day make an effort to always bring a positive change into your life. Positive changes do not have to cost any money. Positive changes could be as simple as saying hello to your neighbour, bringing flowers from your garden into your home, creating a delicious dish, looking at whimsical animal pictures, watching children play, the list is endless. When you choose to not surrender to the negative emotions you are providing yourself with opportunities to bring in more happiness, love and light.
Sometimes dear ones, during a time when you allow yourself to over-indulge you may forget the problems you are running from; maybe for a time you can escape the feelings, but in truth the issues never go away. When you are finally done indulging yourself, those issues are still there and more often than not, more issues have been created due to the allowance of over self-indulgencing. We know facing certain circumstances can be extremely difficult. But we encourage you dear ones to face them as soon they are presented in order to heal and grow and to bring relief to yourself and those most affected by all outcomes. Any instant gratification is never long lasting, the habit that grows must be fed continuously and this in itself creates a great strain on your whole person.
We suggest and recommend that you quickly remove what is causing you the unhappiness that has been the driving force to your self-indulgence. Once you remove the negative factor, you then are able to begin to let the clarifying light in. A more positive state of mind becomes fixed and focus again slowly returns from the love provided from your precious hearts.
It is up to each of you to always keep your mind active with new things to learn and your body alive and vibrant feeling. Personal Growth is about taking risks, expanding your boundaries beyond your normal reach of complacency. Risks always involve trying new things, discovering what you like and what you clearly do not, and sometimes you can discover a happy medium. When you allow yourself to be drawn healthfully into areas that will benefit you, your loved ones and society on a global scale then dear ones you know you are being selfless and acting from the love that is deep within your heart. Satisfaction does seep in and it does warm your entire being from the inside out.
For the many people that share your lovely Earth that are overcome by their self-indulgencies they must be encouraged to master themselves through discipline, control, patience, objectivity and practice applying a positive attitude that requires commitment, fortitude, decisiveness and perseverance. To gain self-respect dear ones you must apply the effort to make changes happen within your life. Some of the changes may be a little painful at first, but once remove yourself from the clutches of negative living; soon you will feel good about all things, especially yourself.
Once you learn to control your need to self-indulge, many advantageous opportunities will present themselves to you. You will be guided to many decisions that will positively affect your health, well-being, happiness, personal growth and development. Remember dear ones your choices can have powerful repercussions and even greater rewards, depending on how or what you choose. Always think what will bring you the greatest of good. How will my decision affect my family and/or friends?
What we see happening dear ones is the troublesome Ego likes to get in the way. It will try to encourage you to continue to do what brings you pleasure in the form of excessive self-indulgence. Your ego will step in just when you are thinking about doing something that you know is for your best interests. The Ego will tempt you by raising objections to persuade you to change your mind and to bring you back into excessive self-indulgences that you have worked so hard to remove. When you find yourself arguing within yourself dear ones, we suggest you to be firm and follow your heart. Always follow the path of the light and allow your heart to guide you to you making the best possible choices each and every time. Your heart will never mislead you. This does not mean you will never have another difficult challenge to face because challenges are opportunities to express your God Presence and Love in all you do. They don’t have to cause a negative reaction if you choose to be accepting and happy instead.
We know you have days where you are tired, feeling maybe a little out-of-sorts. When a low feeling presents itself acknowledge these feelings, explore them, and maybe meditate on them. If you follow a certain Ascended Master, Archangel, God or Goddess express yourself through prayer how you are feeling, allow the words to come forth and be heard. Hearing your own words can create a humbling experience. Read or say aloud I AM Affirmations, reflect through solitude and give yourself the gentle break sometimes you need. Yes we know it can be easier just to allow the temptation to indulge take over when things are going awry, but your journey is provides you many other solutions that don’t have to cause negative outcomes. Have that piece of pie or savor a delicious candy, occasionally if you can purchase something for yourself, surround yourself with laughter from good friends and close family, enjoy nature as she moves all around you, there are many ways that you encounter every day that offer healing. Open your heart dear ones and see from the love that shines from your precious hearts.
Your journey is never a lonely one. Even if you cannot see us, KNOW you are in the company of many celestial beings that love you dearly.
