'A major ally in my quest to heal cancer naturally was Board Certified Naturopath/Master Herbalist John Smothers at Integrative Wellness and Research Center in Memphis, TN. He was the first person to tell me I was doing the right thing by rejecting chemo and radically changing my diet and lifestyle. Words cannot explain how exciting that was for me… Along with a strict anti-cancer diet he recommended a lot of different supplements to support healing in my body. As you can imagine, the question about supplements comes up a lot. “What did you you take, what brands, how much, how often?” I’ve been hesitant to get into those details because some of the supplements I took were specific to my body’s needs and may not be beneficial for every person with cancer. So recently I sat down with Dr. Smothers and asked him to put together an updated cancer supplement protocol that I could share with you.' Read more...

Food Processors Want to Keep Us Snacking – Can Public Policy Help?
'No one can question the fact that the condition ofpublic health in the United States has reached a critical point, and that much of this health catastrophe can be blamed on poor eating habits.
Nearly 1 million Americans each year experience a heart attack and another 600,000 die of heart disease, with poor diet and obesity being two of the leading causes of cardiovascular disease. About 1 out of every 3 American adults is obese, with another 17% of American children being obese. The cost associated with obesity-related healthcare, as well as the associated loss of productivity, is estimated to be up to $190 billion each year.'

'The chemical trails, the aerial spraying by unmarked aircraft, are so horrendous on certain days the sky resembles a ‘noughts and crosses’ board. The relevant ‘authorities’ that one might expect to deal with any external threats to a sovereign country’s airspace have had the exact science sent to them and most evidence has been passed to them. Yet the public’s concerns are uniformly met with silence, denial, ridicule and worse. The environment, the people of the planet, every country is being sprayed with such abandon, such wanton destruction, that even the soil’s pH level is changing and plant life is dying off. After heavy spraying, flu-like symptoms that persist, respiratory problems, fatigue, cramps, and even fibres poking through people skin are reported, worldwide. In the case of the fibres an exact match between what the Chemtrails contain and the fibres taken from Morgellon’s sufferers has been found.' Read more...

'The EU's food safety agency definitively rejected Wednesday a bombshell French report linking genetically modified corn to cancer, saying it failed to meet "acceptable scientific standards." "Serious defects in the design and methodology of a paper by Seralini et al. mean it does not meet acceptable scientific standards," the European Food Safety Authority said in a statement. "Consequently it is not possible to draw valid conclusions about the occurrence of tumours in the rats tested," the agency said.' Read more...

ED. Note: In case you're not fond of kale's taste, consider juicing it with carrots and an apple to get maximum enzyme and nutrient potency.
'Could kale, a less domesticated, disheveled form of cabbage, really be one of the most potent healing foods in existence today? Few foods commonly available at the produce stand are as beneficial to your health as kale. And yet, sadly, it is more commonly found dressing up something not as healthy in a display case as a decoration than on someone's plate where it belongs. Kale is actually a form of cabbage that evaded domestication, sharing many of the same traits as wilder plant relatives unafraid of holding on to their bitter principle, and relatively unruly appearance.'
