The science of what is afoot is clear. The Sun is in a heightened cycle of solar flare and emission activity. This is because of its constant movement through its home, the Milky Way galaxy. Where our Sun is in its travels causes certain effects, like the moon on the tides. One visible and measurable effect is increased solar flare activity.
As solar flares produce solar winds, those winds of highly charged particles and forces speed through the solar system including toward the Earth. Mother Earth’s ionosphere and magnetic shield protect life from the full impact of the solar winds while at the same time creating a resonating chamber within the magnetic bubble that we are protected in. Thus the entire planet, every life form, even rocks and seas are permeated by the high frequencies currently pouring from the Sun’s increased nuclear seismic activity. Our body, our skull, our mind, and our blood are all vibrating to these heightened frequencies caused ultimately by the Sun’s movement through the Milky Way galaxy.
When meditation includes good asana – good posture – our meditation is supported; our body is as well. These days our body is literally a resonating chamber being impacted by great celestial waves of vibration. Learning to include our body in our meditations is wise and important.
