November 23, 2012 - Past Life Recall - My first memory of a previous lifetime came to me in a "flash" in the middle of the night. I had been experiencing pelvic and low back pain for several days and sleep did not come easy. What little sleep I did get was fitful. After several hours of tossing and turning I got up to go to the bathroom.
When I returned to the bedroom, rather than laying down right away, I sat on the edge of the mattress. I just sat there in the dark with my hands in my lap for awhile wishing my back would stop hurting so much. I was certainly not in my comfort zone.
